For the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Rules of provision of services of passenger road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 18, 1997 No. 176 (with changes and amendments), I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for the organization of regular, irregular and pendular transportations of passengers by road transport in the international message (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Determine that for consideration of appeals of carriers and decision making about opening, closing, modification of the functioning route, prolongation of action of permission on regular international automobile routes public the commission is formed (further - the Commission) which part representatives of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine, the State inspectorate of Ukraine for safety on the land transport and profile public organizations are. The structure of the Commission affirms the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
3. Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport to provide to the chairman issue of the corresponding permissions according to the decision of the Commission approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
4. To State department of road transport (Zakirov E. A.):
4.1. Provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
