1. Create the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in structure according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Commission on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship according to appendix No. 2.

3. The commissions on accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship when implementing the functions to be guided by the Rules of carrying out accreditation of associations of subjects of private entrepreneurship approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 31, 2006 No. 477.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy attorney general of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kravchenko A. N.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
