About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate goods

Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

d) add notes to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 13) of the following content:

"13) Technical parameters shall be confirmed with the corresponding entry in the passport of the equipment.";

e) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with notes 12C) and 13C) of the following content:

"12C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.11.2012 till 31.12.2012 inclusive.

13C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.11.2012 till 31.10.2014 inclusive.".
