About approval of Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2001 No. 15 "About approval of Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 71, 8/6334);
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 11, 2002 No. 35 "About entering of amendment into Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 141, 8/8856);
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2004 No. 30 "About modification of Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 142, 8/11443);
the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2008 No. 17 "About modification and amendments in Rules of professional ethics of the lawyer" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 82, 8/18436).
3. This resolution becomes effective since April 6, 2012.
