About procedure for declaring of compliance for the first time issued in the product circulation

According to Item 10 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that about day of entry into force of the corresponding technical regulations declaring of compliance for the first time issued in the product circulation, belonging to type, type of products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification or to products concerning which declaring of compliance based on the evidence obtained with participation of the third party is provided if concerning such products are absent or the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and regulating documents of federal executive bodies establishing mandatory requirements according to Item 1 of article 46 of the Federal law "About Technical Regulation" cannot be applied it is performed based on own proofs of the manufacturer of such products (person performing functions of the foreign manufacturer) according to Procedure for adoption of the declaration of conformity and its registration, the approved order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 7, 1999 N 766.

2. Declarations of conformity concerning products specified in Item 1 of this resolution are drawn up in form according to appendix.
