About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

2. Recognize to invalid:

Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Federal Accreditation Service within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the specified bodies in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

a) state subitems 5.1.2.3 and 5.1.2.4 in the following edition:

"5.1.2.3. unified register of declarations of conformity;

5.1.2.4. the unified register of certificates of conformity, provision of data from the specified register;";

b) add with subitems 5.1.2.5 - 5.1.2.6 following contents:

"5.1.2.5. the register of declarations of conformity of products included in the single list of products which are subject to declaring of compliance;

5.1.2.6. the register of the issued certificates of conformity on products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy, provision of data from the specified register are established;";

c) add with subitems 5.1.16 - 5.1.18 following of content:

"5.1.16. certification of the experts involved to holding actions for control of activities of accredited persons;

5.1.17. issue of forms of certificates of conformity, including forms of certificates of conformity on products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy are established;

5.1.18. registration of declarations of conformity of products included in the single list of products which are subject to declaring of compliance;".
