requirements to form of the plan of purchase of goods (works, services).

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.

3. Determine that provisions of the paragraph of the third item 4 of the Rules approved by this resolution of the subitem 17 of Item 1 of the requirements approved by this resolution are applied to plans of purchase, plans of purchase of innovative products, high-technology products, medicines which first year of realization begins since 2023.

Rules of forming of the plan of purchase of goods (works, services)
