1. Approve:
Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Public archive agency according to appendix No. 1;
structure of central office of the Public archive agency according to appendix No. 2;
the list of the organizations subordinated to the Public archive agency which do not have rights of the legal entity according to appendix No. 3;
structure of board of the Public archive agency according to appendix No. 4.
2. Establish the extreme number of staff of central office of the Public archive agency in number of 22 units; National archive of the Republic of Moldova - 54 units, including support personnel in number of 6 units; Archive of the social and political organizations of the Republic of Moldova - 15 units, including support personnel in number of 4 units; with the annual salary fund according to the current legislation.
3. Management of the Public archive agency is performed by the CEO, it is helped by two deputy directors general. Within the specified service as consultative body the board as a part of 9 members is effective.
