Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2010 No. 36 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of work with documents in electronic form in archive of the organization and about recognition of the voided resolution of Committee on archives and clerical work under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2004 No. 5" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 186, 8/22642).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
