About approval of Standard regulations on procedure for calculation, the notification and payment in the budget of the non-personal tax and about claim treatment procedure of taxpayers on real estate appraisal for the purposes of the taxation

Due to the introduction of the non-personal tax and for the purpose of streamlining of calculation of tax amount on real estate, the notice of taxpayers on the tax liabilities, the tax discharge, and also ensuring realization of the right of citizens to dispute the decision of authorized body on real estate appraisal, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Standard provisions:

- about procedure for calculation, the notification and payment in бюдж real estate;

- about claim treatment procedure of taxpayers on real estate appraisal for the purposes of the taxation.

2. Determine that the enclosed Standard provisions are basis in case of development and approval of the corresponding instructions by local public administrations.

3. Authorize the State agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of the state assessment (revaluation) of real estate for the purposes of the taxation.

4. To the state agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic together with local public administrations to determine the territories relating to residential and resort areas.

5. Publish this resolution in mass media.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, city administration Bishkek and heads of public administrations of areas of the Kyrgyz Republic.
