About approval of Rules of conducting state examination of construction projects in the mode of expert maintenance

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of conducting state examination of construction projects in the mode of expert maintenance.
2. To provide to department of architecture, project works and estimate norms in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services D. Akimzhanov.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
