According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation in the field of utilities", Article 6, of 8, 9 Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About drinking water and drinking water supply" the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of utilities DECIDES:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system which are applied.

2. And in the field of services in centralized water supply and drainage system (Volodin M. O.) to provide to management of licensing of subjects in the field of heat supply this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system

I. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions establish organizational, qualification and production requirements of carrying out economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system.

1.2. These Licensed conditions are obligatory for subjects of managing irrespective of their form of business and pattern of ownership which carry out (intend to carry out) activities for centralized water supply and drainage system.

1.3. In these Licensed conditions terms are used in such value:

water treatment - engineering procedure which is performed for bringing indicators of safety and quality of drinking water to levels of hygienic standard rates;

water supply system - complex of constructions which includes water intake, water pumping points, the station of water purification or water treatment, water supply system and reservoirs for ensuring the corresponding quality with water;

sewer network - system of pipelines, channels or trays and constructions on them for collection and assignment;

the licensee - the subject of managing who obtained the license for carrying out economic activity on centralized water supply and drainage system;

water throwing - transportation of water to shallow regions with use of channels and/or water rutting (objects of pipeline transport) of centralized systems of water supply of interbasin and intra basin redistribution of water resources;

system of centralized drainage system (sewerage) - complex of objects, constructions, the collectors connected by single engineering procedure of assignment and purification of utility and other sewage of settlements;

system of centralized water supply - complex of objects, constructions, the distribution water supply systems connected by single engineering procedure of production and transportation of drinking water to consumers;
