Approve the Procedure for forming of the state order on release of publishing products and its distribution which is applied.

Procedure for forming of the state order on release of publishing products and its distribution

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of forming of the state order on release of publishing products (the dalshegosudarstvenny order) and its distribution.

Action of this Procedure does not extend to forming of the state order on release of textbooks and benefits for providing students of higher educational institutions, pupils of general education and professional educational institutions and pupils of preschool educational institutions and their distribution.

2. The purpose of this Procedure is determination of the basic organizational and economic principles of forming of the state order, regulation of relations between customers and contractors, providing the transparent mechanism of forming of high-quality and informative filling of range of domestic publishing production for satisfaction of information, educational and cultural requirements of the Ukrainian society, assistance to forming of positive international image of the state.

3. The state order is performed on purpose:

1) assistance:

to development of domestic book publishing for increase in its level on quantitative and qualitative indexes to the level of the leading states of the world;
