At the same time, we pay your attention that the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 21.05.2012 No. 426 "About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2002 No. 1861 and of December 20, 2006 No. 1765 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (01.06 took effect. 2012) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.12.2002 No. 1864 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the country of goods' origin which moves through customs border of Ukraine" to accomplishment of which the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine No. 1070, was issued of 09.11.2009 voided.
According to Article 23 of the Customs code of Ukraine, on the present customs authorities can make provisional solutions concerning determination of the country of goods' origin according to written addresses of customs applicants or persons authorized by them. Such decisions are passed prior to movement of goods through customs border of Ukraine according to the procedure, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 19.06.2012 No. 737, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 12.07.2012 for No. 1176/21488.
