Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2009 No. 853

1. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the word "December 31, 2010." shall be replaced with words "on December 31, 2014".

2. In the Rules of the direction banks of the offer on participation in the procedure of increase in capitalization and decision making about satisfaction (refusal in satisfaction) offers of bank on participation in the procedure of increase in capitalization approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 2:
