About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 No. 9 and of November 19, 2010 No. 599

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of activities in the field of gaming in the Republic of Belarus I decide:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the implementation of activities in the field of gaming in the territory of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2005 No. 9 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 5, 1/6157; 2010, No. 279, 1/12109):

1.1.1. in the paragraph the eighteenth Item 1 shall be replaced with words the word "and" "and (or)";

1.1.2. in Item 7:

add part one with words "if other is not provided in parts three and the fourth this Item";

add Item with parts three and the fourth the following content:

"Bookmaker offices and totalizators can occupy part of the room.

In gambling institutions placement of exchange points, terminals of automatic currency exchange, and also holding cultural and spectacular actions and rendering services of public catering by organizers of gamblings is allowed.";

1.1.3. in paragraph three of part one of Item 11 of the word "since July 1, 2012." shall be replaced with words "since December 1, 2013";

1.1.4. add the Provision with Item of 141 following contents:

"141. The physical person can independently limit itself in visit of gambling institutions for a period of six months up to three years by submission of the written application to the organizer of gamblings.
