1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for compensation to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection (procurement) of waste of goods and container (except for received from production wastes and (or) transferred to legal entities or individual entrepreneurs from legal entities or individual entrepreneurs at whom waste was formed as a result of productive activity) on condition of their further neutralization and (or) use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Establish forms:
the register of producers and suppliers according to appendix 1;
the register of the organizations performing collection (procurement), sorting (separation by types), preparation for neutralization and (or) use of secondary material resources, according to appendix 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
