About entering of amendments and changes into some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make additions and changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2010 No. 126 "About the state support of disabled people" (2010, No. 57, 1/11458) after the words "on railway" to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with words "common carrier in trains of city lines and regional lines of economy class";

1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2011 No. 176 "About the state support of pensioners" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 51, 1/12513):

to add Item 1 part one after the words "on railway" with words "common carrier in trains of regional lines of economy class";

to exclude from Item 2 of the word of "the regular suburban message";

1.3. in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2011 No. 335 "About measures of social support of persons injured with the act of the terrorism which happened on April 11, 2011" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 88, 1/12732):

in paragraph three of part one of subitem 1.1.3 of the word "in passenger trains or cars of forming of the Belarusian railroad in the intra republican message" shall be replaced with words "in trains of city, regional and interregional lines, and also cars and trains of the international lines of forming of the Belarusian railroad (within the Republic of Belarus)";

add Item with subitem 1.1.4 of the following content:

"1.1.4. the causal relationship of the come disability is established with the act of terrorism according to the procedure, determined by the Ministry of Health;".

2. This Decree becomes effective since November 3, 2012, except for paragraphs of third and fourth subitem 1.3 of Item 1 and this Item which become effective after official publication of this Decree.
