For the purpose of timely and complete providing the rights of children of employees of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in receipt of preschool education I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About reorganization of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 15, 2012 No. 43 the following change:

- in paragraph four of Item 2 of the word "in municipal property of the city hall Bishkek" shall be replaced with words "in conducting Administration of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
