I DECIDE:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 23, 1997 No. 3526 "About symbols of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997, No. 22, Art. 191; 2002, No. 16, Art. 169; 2011, No. 55, Art. 783):
to be reworded as follows the description and the image of flag of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 1 to this Decree;
to be reworded as follows the description and the image of emblem of bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix 2 to this Decree;
2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2011 No. 155 "About departmental awards of some state bodies, directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, law enforcement agencies, courts, Armed Forces, other troops and military forming" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 55, the Art. 783):
