1. Approve Changes to Electricity tariffs which is released to the population, the approved resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of April 23, 2012 No. 497, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 23, 2012 for No. 598/20911, which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of price policy in power industry submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective since October 01, 2012, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
