According to article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", to the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 10, 2014 715, the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities decides:

1. Establish:

1) Electricity tariffs, released to the population for the period from April 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015 inclusive which are applied;

2) Electricity tariffs, released to the population for the period from September 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016 inclusive which are applied;

3) Electricity tariffs, released to the population for the period from March 1, 2016 to August 31, 2016 inclusive which are applied;

4) Electricity tariffs, released to the population for the period from September 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017 inclusive which are applied;

5) Electricity tariffs, released to the population, since March 1, 2017 which are applied.

2. Item 1 of the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of March 11, 2010 No. 218 "About approval of rates for electrical energy for the children's centers "Artek" and "Young Guard", the religious organizations and urban electric transportation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 24, 2010 on No. 241/17536 (with changes) to state in the following edition:
