For realization of provisions lit.g) Art. 29 of the Law on the state internal financial control No. 229 of 23:09. 2010, and also the subitem 66) Item 6 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Finance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1265 of 14:11. 2008, with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on certification of internal auditors of the public sector, according to appendix No. 1.
2. Approve nominal structure of the Commission on certification of internal auditors of the public sector, according to appendix No. 2;
3. This order becomes effective from approval date.
