1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine:

of February 25, 2002 No. 83 "About approval of the Procedure for issue, accounting, delay and payment (repayment) of the bill of exchange (commitment letter) issued by the subject of business activity when implementing transaction with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations", No. 248/6536 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 13, 2002;

of February 23, 2006 No. 88 "About approval of Changes to the Procedure for issue, accounting, delay and payment (repayment) of the bill of exchange (commitment letter) issued by the subject of business activity when implementing transaction with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 7, 2006 No. 239/12113;

of February 16, 2010 No. 84 "About approval of Changes to the Procedure for issue, accounting, delay and payment (repayment) of the bill of exchange (commitment letter) issued by the subject of business activity when implementing transaction with raw materials supplied by the customer in the external economic relations" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 30, 2010 for No. 257/17552.
