2. The employees of the organizations for production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates) performing management of mining and explosive operations undergo advanced training at least once in five years and if necessary occupational retraining in the educational organizations having the state accreditation according to federal state requirements to minimum of contents of additional professional educational programs and level of occupational retraining of these persons.
