3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Mr. Octavian Kalmyk.

Regulations on National council on metrology

1. General principles

1.1. The national council on metrology (NSM) is the body created on public basis under the Central body for metrology (TsOM) of the Ministry of Economics from domestic specialists of profile who represent and consider offers on the policy relating to the field of metrology.

1.2. In the activities NSM is guided by the current legislation, international treaties and conventions in the field of metrology in which the Republic of Moldova is the signing party, and this Provision.

1.3. Recommendations of NSM are implemented by release of resolutions or orders TsOM.
