3. To department of legal service and public procurements of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Amirgaliyev E. A.) direct this order to official publication of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 14, 2003 No. 612 "About approval of the Provision on the organization of activities of antenatal clinic (office)" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 2473).
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bayzhunusov E. A.
6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
