In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 29, 2002 No. 829 "About structure of the Commission on the state awards in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 41, Art. 426; 2007, No. 24, Art. 268; 2008, No. 20, Art. 182; No. 42, Art. 465; 2011, No. 50, Art. 664; 2012, No. 36, Art. 476):
enter into the structure of the Commission on the state awards in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree: Masimova - the Head of Presidential Administration Karim Kazhimkanovich of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the commission chairman;
remove from structure of Diatchenko S.A. said commission.
2. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 13, 2007 No. 273 "About measures for upgrade of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 1, Art. 5; 2008, No. 2, Art. 22; 2009, No. 35, Art. 330; 2010, No. 7, Art. 94; No. 24, Art. 173; No. 38, Art. 327; 2012, No. 10, Art. 189; No. 36, Art. 476):
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Create for coordination of activities of state bodies the interdepartmental commission on carrying out administrative reform under the leadership of the Head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in structure according to appendix to this Decree.";
