About modification of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy

According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. Item 1.1 of Chapter 1 after words

"About organization-legal bases of fight against organized crime" to add with the words "About System of Guaranteeing Household Deposits".

1.2. In Chapter 3:

in the paragraph the second Item 3.9 of the word" (the temporary administrator)" to exclude;

add Chapter with new Item of such content:

"3.11. Restrictions concerning receipt of information which contains bank secrecy, the stipulated in Article 62 Laws on banks do not extend to employees of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits when implementing of the functions and powers provided by the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" by them.

The National Bank has the right to present Fonda of guaranteeing household deposits information on banks or clients of banks which gathers during banking supervision and is bank secrecy, in the cases provided by the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits".
