According to the Law of Ukraine "About procedure of payments in foreign currency", Articles 7, 44 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control", and also for the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In preamble of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 1999 No. 136 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure of control of export, import transactions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 1999 for No. 338/3631 (with changes), the words "and also for the purpose of establishment of new procedure for provision to residents of individual licenses of the National Bank of Ukraine on prolongation of legislatively fixed terms of payment under such agreements" to exclude.
2. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure of control of export, import transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 1999 No. 136, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on May 28, 1999 for No. 338/3631 (with changes) which are applied.
