About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 29, 2011 No. 1000
According to subitem 8.6 of the subitem 8 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467, and for the purpose of creation of equal conditions for turnover of goods of national and foreign production in Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of December 29, 2011 No. 1000 "About approval of obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines of national production and products of medical appointment for pharmaceutical institutions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 10, 2012 for No. 524/20837 (further - the Order MZ of Ukraine), such changes:
in the title and in the text of the Order MZ of Ukraine to exclude words of "national production";
in the title of the Obligatory minimum range (socially oriented) medicines of national production and products of the medical appointment for pharmaceutical institutions approved by the Order MZ of Ukraine, the word of "national production" to exclude.
2. To provide to management of medicines and medical products submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of R. M. Bogachyov.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
