1. In subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of July 30, 2012 No. 438 "About approval of rates for transportation by railway transport of loads by en route through the territory of Ukraine", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 13, 2012 for No. 1361/21673, "appointment to Uzbekistan" to exclude.
2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:
2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
2.3. Informing railway participating administrations of the Tariff Agreement of railway administrations (Railroads) the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of February 17, 1993 about change of level of rates of Tariff policy in the part concerning transportations across lines of the railroads of Ukraine.
3. This order comes into effect from day of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
