According to article 14 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 "About standardization and certification" and the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634, I ORDER to No. 46-93:

1. Make change to the List of products which are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, No. approved by the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy of February 1, 2005 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 4, 2005 for No. 466/10746 (with changes), having excluded the Section 30 "Hotel Services and Food Services Which Are Provided by Subjects of Tourist Activities".

2. Recognize to invalid:
