1. Approve Rules of statement and removal from accounting of persons, categories "thief" on their criminal specialization by operational police officers of law-enforcement bodies.

2. To chairmen of committees, chiefs of departments, independent Departments of MIA, territorial departments of internal affairs and on transport to provide studying of these rules by staff of law-enforcement bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Committee of criminal police (Kozhakhmetov K. O.) and Information and analysis center (Zakargayev R. N.) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
