1. Determine that the Department of public service of fight against economic crime is formed and
functions as a part of criminal militia of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, management (departments) of public service of fight against economic crime of head departments, Regional Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport, departments (sectors) of public service of fight against economic crime district, district in the cities, city managements (departments), linear managements (departments) will be formed and function as a part of criminal militia of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine.

2. Approve:

2.1. Regulations on Department of public service of fight against economic crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which are applied.

2.2. Regulations on management (department) of public service of fight against economic crime of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport which is applied.

2.3. Regulations on department, department, (sector) of public service of fight against economic crime of the municipal, linear, district government (department), department of special militia of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport which is applied.

3. To chiefs of head departments, Departments of MIA of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, on transport:

3.1. Provide studying by staff of subordinate divisions of requirements of this order.

3.2. In a month to provide orders which regulate activities of divisions of public service of fight against economic crime, in compliance with requirements of this order.

4. Repeal orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of August 10, 1993 No. 474 "About accomplishment of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About formation of Public service of fight against economic crime", of August 26, 1993 No. 526 "About formation of Public service of fight against economic crime", of January 21, 2010 No. 13 "About the organization of activities of divisions of Public service of fight against economic crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine" and of May 31, 2011 No. 286 "About approval of the Regulations on Department of Public service of fight against economic crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine".

5. To provide to department of public service of fight against economic crime (Mishchenko S. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

6. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.

Regulations on Department of public service of fight against economic crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1.1. The department of public service of fight against economic crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (further - DGSBEP) is independent structural division as a part of criminal militia of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which directly submits to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine or the deputy authorized by it and according to the legislation of Ukraine will organize and performs operational search activities.
