Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2011 No. 121 "About approval of Rules of realization of the priority right of the state to acquisition of the affined gold in the form of ingots for replenishment of gold and exchange assets of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7302, published on December 28, 2011 in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper No. 191 (2181).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
