1. Approve:

1) the list of the officials having the right to wearing uniform (without shoulder strap), according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) uniform samples (without shoulder strap) according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules of wearing uniform (without shoulder strap) according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to chiefs of territorial inspections of areas and cities of Astana, Almaty of Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan acquisition of uniform (without shoulder strap) for the officials who are directly exercising the state control and supervision in the field of quarantine of plants within the assignments allocated from means of the republican budget.

3. (Hasenov S. S.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
