The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for creation of the list of consumers and their equipment for which ecological armor of electric utility service shall be established, No. 2052 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 26, 2003 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 52, the Art. 2814), changes which are applied.
2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations in a month from the date of the introduction in operation of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure to review and approve lists of consumers and their equipment for which ecological armor of electric utility service shall be established.
3. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of emergency situations, the State inspectorate for energy supervision of the modes of consumption of electrical and heat energy, Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety in three-months time from the date of the introduction in operation of this resolution to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
