About modification of the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media
According to Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 395, I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Regulations on state registration of printing mass media approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 21, 2006 No. 12/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 24, 2006 for No. 173/12047 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 23, 2007 No. 194/5), such changes:
1.1. In Chapter 1:
1.1.1. In Item 1.2 of the word "structural divisions of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which provide realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr" shall be replaced with words "registration services of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol".
1.1.2. In Item 1.4 of the word "structural divisions of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol which provide realization of powers of Ukrgosreestr (dalsheterritorialny bodies)" shall be replaced with words "registration services of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol (further - registration services)".
1.2. In Chapter 6:
1.2.1. In Item 6.2 shall be replaced with words the word of "Department" "Department of legalization of associations of citizens, state registration of printing mass media and news agencies (further - Department)".
