1. Approve Regulations on procedure for representation of interests of the state in national and international degrees of jurisdiction and arbitral organizations it (is applied).

2. To provide to industry bodies of the central public management, according to area of the competence, implementation of provisions of this resolution.

3. Found in central office of the Ministry of Justice the division responsible for coordination and monitoring of process of representation of interests of the state in national and international degrees of jurisdiction and arbitral organizations, with the salary fund established according to the current legislation.
