About approval of Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of goods and services

For the purpose of execution of the Law No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 107-111, of the Art. 470), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also ensuring application of single methodology of the procedure of public procurements of goods and the services Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of goods and services according to appendix.

2. To the buying bodies and economic operators in case of initiation and tendering for purchases of goods and services to prepare documentation on the biddings according to the approved Standard documentation.

3. The procedures of public procurements of goods and services which are in process of carrying out before entry into force of this resolution will be complete in accordance with the established procedure at the time of initiation of these procedures.
