According to provisions of Art. 6 of the Law on drugs No. 1409-XIII for December 17, 1997, with subsequent changes and amendments, Art. 3 and 18.1 of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XIII of May 25, 1993, with subsequent changes and amendments, for the purpose of ensuring access of the population to socially important medicines and products of medical appointment, and also based on Item 9 of Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health approved by the Order of the Government No. 397 of May 31, 2011 I ORDER:

1. Approve:

The list of socially important medicines and products of medical appointment which availability is obligatory for sale in drugstores, according to appendix.

2. To provide to heads of pharmaceutical organizations:

1) availability and sale in drugstores of socially important medicines and products of medical appointment, according to provisions of Item 1 of this order;

2) posting in a visible place in drugstores of the list stipulated in Item 1, with indication of retail cost separately for each line item.

3. To the agency on drugs to include the aspects relating to access of the population to socially important medicines and products of medical appointment in the program of control of the pharmaceutical companies, with acceptance imputed by it died.

4. To national council by assessment and accreditation in health care system within the assigned powers to include estimative indicator of access of the population to socially important medicines and products of medical appointment in basic standards of assessment and accreditation of the pharmaceutical companies.

5. Publish the order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
