1. Approve the Certificate on the VAT amounts which are not compensated on the exported goods according to appendix and the Statement on issue of this Certificate according to appendix to this order.

2. This Certificate is issued by Management of tax control of the GNS territorial subdivision (General management of administration of large taxpayers) in the place of servicing of the taxpayer in time, not exceeding 5 working days.

3. To department of management of documents and archiving to bring this order to the attention of all divisions of the State Tax Administration, structural divisions of the State Tax Administration.

4. To provide to management of methodology of tax administration publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
