In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 30, 1998 No. 391 "About approval of the Regulations on the state monitoring system of the environment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998 No. 13, Art. 495; 1999 No. 39, Art. 1943; 2001 No. 21, Art. 933; 2003 No. 21, Art. 937; 2004 No. 25, Art. 1650; 2006 No. 22, Art. 1635; 2011 No. 67, Art. 2572; 2012 No. 55, Art. 2213):
To "The state committee on land resources" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "The state agency of land resources";
The word "Goskomzem" in all cases to replace 2) in the text of the Provision approved by the specified resolution with the word "Goszemagentstvo" in the corresponding case.
2. Ceased to be valid in compliance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 No. 1141.
