For the purpose of execution of Item c) article 7 of the Law on civil protection No. 271-XIII against November 9, 1994. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 20, the Art. 231), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve:
The schedule of preparation of civil protection of the Republic of Moldova for 2013 according to appendix;
The plan of completing by students of Republican training center for 2013 according to appendix.
2. To service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to perform direct management of planning and holding actions in the field of civil protection.
3. To heads of bodies of public management, the companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of pattern of ownership to organize accomplishment of plans of preparation of civil protection for 2013.
