About approval of Rules of the organization of paid social jobs

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment" of August 9, 2001 the No. 549 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of the organization of paid social jobs" (are applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of the organization of paid social jobs

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to article 21.5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment" and regulate the questions connected with attraction to paid social jobs on the basis of the agreement at the companies irrespective of pattern of ownership and legal form, for the purpose of providing according to article 21.1 of the specified Law of temporary employment of the unemployed, the job seekers of work having the parcel of land, suitable for agricultural industry, in property, but not having other employment and also job seekers of work, but on the number no more than 20 percent of the jobless persons involved in paid social jobs on the corresponding administrative and territorial unit within year.

1.2. Paid social jobs (further - social jobs) are the workplaces of socially useful nature which are not requiring basic professional training, organized according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About employment" for the purpose of provision of temporary employment.
