1) ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.12.2018 No. 318;
2) the List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations to which changes, according to appendix 2 to this resolution are made.
2. To "Single Registrar of Securities" joint-stock company till July 1, 2013 to bring the activities and internal documents into accord with Requirements and to provide to Committee on control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan the report on assessment of fulfillment of requirements to risk management system constituted according to item 4 of Requirements with application of copies of supporting documents.
