3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Tulyaganov K. N.

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of activities for carrying out energy inspections and examinations.
Licenses are granted in general on carrying out energy inspections and examinations or on the following parts:
fuel use energy efficiency assessment (liquid, firm and gaseous);
assessment of energy efficiency of use of heat energy;
assessment of energy efficiency of use of electrical energy;
