1. Approve the enclosed criteria for evaluation of risk degree for the subjects which are not belonging to the sphere of private entrepreneurship in the field of communication according to appendix to this order;

2. To committee of communication and informatization of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Nurshabekov P.P.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order its official publication in mass media and placement on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sarsenov S. S.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of official publication.
