About modification of the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee

1. Bring in the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 1, 2011 No. 890 "Questions of National anti-corruption committee" (with the changes made by the Decree of March 16, 2012 No. 201), the following changes:

Item 7 to add 1) after the paragraph of third with new paragraphs of such content:

"The Prime Minister of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine, the Chief of Presidential Administration of Ukraine, and also in consent the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, the Attorney-General of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Supreme council of justice, the Chairman of Audit Chamber are part of Committee on position.
